If you're familiar with previous versions of The Rubricator,
you'll know how easy it was to get lost in the "Main Window's"
menu system. Not anymore! With the redesign of the world's
leading rubric creation software, came many changes. One of
the largest change is the removal of the confusing menus.
This article shows just how easy the new navigation system
is to use.
Below is the first screen you see when running the program,
it's the "list screen". In version 5, all of the records stored
in the database can be viewed from this screen.

The list screen utilizes a "Show" list to control what data is displayed.

The "Show Mine" button, next to the rubrics selection, toggles
between a list of rubrics you have created and the rubric examples
list. (You must first create a rubric for anything to be displayed
in the "show mine" list.)
To change the list screen's contents click "Rubrics" in the "Show" list box.

It's just that easy!!
The buttons on the left-hand side of the tool bar on the list screen control
the actions of the currently displayed list.

To open or view anything displayed in the list, simply double
click it.
